Kicking + Screening Soccer Film Festival is a platform for filmmakers to present their soccer-inspired work to an audience that both appreciates and understands the power and beauty of the game.

We welcome feature-length works and shorts, documentaries and narratives, complete or in-progress. Basically, it's wide open. So if you've got an idea kicking (pun intended) around in your head, grab your camera and start filming. We'd love to see your film.

We are currently accepting general submissions for future festivals. Please read the entire page to ensure you understand all of the requirements.

Prior to mailing any film materials, please complete/submit the below form before mailing anything to the address below.

Do WE accept submissions on DVD for Feature/Short Films?

Yes, but since universal technical standards don’t yet exist for burning and copying DVDs, please read the following information carefully. K+S invites all projects in all categories to submit on DVD with the following conditions:

  • We prefer Region 1 or 9 (All), NTSC encoding. Please indicate formatting on the DVD.

  • DVDs must be submitted in plastic safe cases. We prefer the industry standard push-button hub, literature clip, full sleeve for artwork, dark plastic cases, size 5¼” by 7½”.

  • DVDs must be formatted in MPEG video using the codec of your choice. Neither quicktime (.mov) or microsoft (.avi) files are accepted.

  • Please test your consumer-burned DVD on several makes and models of players before sending it to our offices.

All films submitted must include two (2) DVD copies of your film submission and the above form submitted.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing your film.
